The House of Summer Winds Kerame Ikaria. It is located in the middle of the north coast of the island of Ikaria, about 80 sq.m. of indoor space, about 80 sq.m. of outdoor space (courtyard and balconies), next to the national road of Ikaria, very close to several beaches and just 1 km to the city and port of Evdilos. Privacy and calm.

Guests can enjoy the magnificent sea view from the north balcony and the mountain view from the south balcony or enjoy relaxing activities in the backyard.

There is a high degree of privacy as the home is not adjacent or closely adjacent to others. In the interior and exterior of the house there is quiet and a very positive atmosphere that is largely determined by the varied view, mountain and sea, around the house. Almost all the furniture and frames of the house are handmade by the owner.

Icaria is one of the middle islands of the northern Aegean, 255.303 square kilometres in area with 164 kilometres of coastline and a population of 8,312 inhabitants. The topography is a contrast between verdant slopes and barren steep rocks. The island is mountainous for the most part. It is traversed by the Aetheras range, whose highest summit is 1,037 metres. Most of its villages are nestled in the plains near the coast, with some in the mountains.

Icaria has a tradition of producing strong red wine. Many parts of the island, especially the ravines, are covered in shrubbery, making the landscape lush with green. Aside from domestic and domesticated species such as goats, there are a number of small wild animals to be found, such as martens, European otters, jumping spiders, and green toads. Icaria exhibits a typical Mediterranean climate .
